GENERAL INFORMATION
Currently we are selling and shipping to 67 countries of the world on a DDP (Delivery Duty paid) basis. The list of these countries please find below in this section. It means that the price of the garment as it appears on the screen is a final price to be paid by the customer.
There are two exceptions in worldwide shipping: products in the Kiosk, Candles and Socks sections - for these products shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the country of delivery. In this case, free shipping is only applicable on orders over 150€.
The second exception are items in the VYSOKE TATRY collection, which we are able to ship only within the EU.
TAXES & DUTIES
We take care of all the customs procedures, customs fees, customs duties and VAT or sales or consumption taxes of the countries of destination. And also of the delivery and delivery transport costs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes typically a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to max 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers To those days mentioned above under the points number 2 and number 3 you have to add the expected transport delivery time for the transport executed by our shipping partner.
The goods are being shipped from Bratislava, Slovakia, which is the European Union. Our aim is to ease the shopping process as much as possible, that is the reason, why we take care of the tax and duty processes, so your garments arrive hassle-fre directly into your hands via the shipping company arranged by us.
INSURANCE
NEHERA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by NEHERA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We send all our products with Express shipment costs included. If you would like to check the expected transport times, check the country in the list below.
From the start of eshop operations, i.e. from the launch of e-commerce we provide complimentary express shipment and delivery to the countries in the following table, where we ship to on a DDP parity basis:

Upon your specific request in written we may sell and deliver the merchandise to you on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, but this needs you contact us via email on customercare@nehera.com.
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) delivery parity is selected and agreed, products are sold for prices, which are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order.
