  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the MY BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the „X“ button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order.

When you check out for the first time you may create a password-protected account with us, where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you shop with the NEHERA online store. If you would like to change your details, you are free to do so any time in the ‘My Account’ section, which is also home to your wishlist and where you can track the status of your orders in ‘Order History’.

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.


We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. In case you have changed your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the NEHERA customer service team as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you were able to cancel or change it, please, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.
